There is a local lodging tax of €2.50 per person/day for those over 18. (subject to change)
No cleaning fee for rentals of 2 weeks or more. Rentals of one week, cleaning fee €150.
High-season €3500/week from June 10-September 7.
Mid-season €3250/week from April 29-June 9, September 8-October 5.
Low-season €3000/week other times.
RATES
Rates include: Exclusive of all facilities including pool. Linens and towels. All kitchen and barbecue equipment Starter kitchen supplies, complimentary bath kit, A welcome bottle of wine and soft drinks with a light snack.
Bookings are weekly. From Saturday 4:00pm to checkout at 10:00am Saturday.
